  Phono  phonics helps to develop a sense of high self-esteem.  There is absolutely no guesswork in Phono.  The sound and picture of that sound (the phonogram) is displayed on the phonics game DVD. Players then match what they see and hear to the letters on their playing cards. Players have the opportunity to "fill" (trace each phonogram) on their card during the game.

How does Phono phonics Work? As Easy as 1-2-3! 

1. Students hear the sounds clearly (auditory).

2. Students simultaneously see (visual) the letters that they hear while looking for them on their Phono phonics game card. As students say (repeat) the letters and sounds to themselves. This process develops thinking skills and increases the student’s attention span.

3. Students trace (tactile) the letters on their cards that they have seen and heard. This process completes the multisensory approach to learning. (see, hear, say, touch)
